Visiting Wilmette Harbor Club

The Club is located in Gillson Park, just Northwest of the Bahai Temple. Gillson Park is open from dawn until 10:30pm, closing to vehicular traffic at 9:00pm. Enter the park immediately north of the Sheridan Road bridge, the clubhouse is the first bulding on the right. Limited public parking is available in the park, bear left immediately after the clubhouse entrance.

Wilmette Harbor Club honors reciprocity with most other yacht clubs that are located at least 35 miles away from Wilmette.

Transient Dockage

Wilmette Harbor does not have any dedicated transient moorings. Mooring spaces are occasionally available for transients when the mooring holder's boat is elsewhere. Please contact the Harbor Master for more information.

Entering Wilmette Harbor

Local knowledge of conditions is strongly encouraged. While we attempt to maintain a 5' deep channel, fluctuating water levels and developing sand bars may cause shoaling at the entrance.

Fuel Dock

The fuel dock is located in the Southwest corner of the harbor, adjacent to the Sheridan Road bridge. It is open dawn to dusk, May through October.
